Can evidence be submitted after charge-sheet has been filed?

In a ps case, can evidence directly be submitted in court after chargesheet filed? it was forgotten to give it to police

No, you cannot file it directly in the Court. You have to meet the Public Prosecutor (PP). He will file a petition before court requesting to take the documents as evidence. The court after hearing other side, may or may not allow the documents. It is the discretion of the court. If your petition is rejected, you can go to Appeal in Sessions Court.
