Can call recordings be as evidence

i have married a widow whose previous husband is murdered by Her own father and brother due to property dispute, i have married her and took care of her now, She is one of the eye evidence for the Murder and she is following the case in the district court, she has already filed a witness in front of the judge and confirmed the same and police has also framed the case and public prosequetor is also assisting to prove the case. in the mean time, Her brother threatened her many ways filed many civil case and made her run between court to face the challenges, i understood her difficulty i called her brother and tried to convince him that we will compromise not directly and requested him to close the civil cases. he has recorded my voice in mobile and submitted in court and court send me a order to appear in court, kindly advise me how can i handle this legally 0r toexit from this court appearance,

Telephone conversations are indeed admissible in evidence, but they must be related to prove your conduct.
It is not illegal to call a plaintiff in a civil case and ask for a compromise, but unless you have spoken anything excessive, and you have acted accordingly( like directly threatening him) you cannot be implicated..
