Sir she can apply for the bail to high court after getting dismissed her earlier bail application from district court but whether she get the bail or not ,depend upon the facts of the case. She might also not get bail from high court or might get it.
Thank you

Being the serious offence the High court will hardly grant him bail. You also engage your lawyer to oppose the bail. In some cases the court may grant conditional bail subject to deposit of the amount involved in the case

It depends on what type of evidence you posses against her.. high court can dismiss it or can grant conditional bail to her, it all depends on facts and evidence involved in this case.. also monitor reply of bail filed by Investigating Officer at Hon'ble court
