Can accused be arrested ? FIR is registered today. Need advocate

21-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I filed a FIR under ipc 323,324,504,506,344, 500, and the accused is on anticipatory bail under IPC 376/506 already, so can he be arrested in new FIR, in above mentioned ipc?

yes. you can be arrested as one of the offences is a cognisable offence and police are empowered to arrest you in the said case. however, you may apply for regular bail after arrest or anticipatory bail well in advance
