Can a shopkeeper drink in his own shop ?

Anybody drinking in his own shopin sadar bazar delhi is legal or illegall .Two or three peoples everyday drink in there shops and they disturb me rarely means kabhi kabhi.There time of drinking is 7pm to8:30pm daily in there own shop in first floor in sadar bazar delhi-6 .Is it legal to drink in shop or not .pl give your suggestions sir ji.Thanks

See as you said they usually drink on daily basis and by that act you got disturbed sometimes. So definitely you can file a complaint against them for making nuisance and breaking the peace at the public area.
