Can a person having a case pending against him be deprived of Govt job

I have been selected in govt job . And now I have to submit my police verification ..A criminal case is pending against me under ipc section 323,341 ..And I got police verification certificate with mention of ipc section 323,341also mentioning it with pending trial...Can I be deprived from getting govt job? Please suggest me.. What problems may I faced regarding this ...

On the basis of pending case you're not deprived .. ... Until court find u guilty....only on the basis of pending FIR ...it doesn't mean u r guilty ...
If the deprived .than file a writ petition at high Court

the case is now under trial. You have not been convicted by the any court. Therefore without any conviction you cannot be deprived from government job, and should not face any problem. for further queries kindly contact us.

U submit your police verification easily.. U should go to your police station and asked them to provide ur police verification.. Although u have facing trial of 323,341 but you can't be deprived from getting government job because of this matter.
