Can a person get two bails with his real name and with a forged name

Sir, an accused person was granted bail in a forgery case in the name of  in koramangala police station. The name  is a forged name and he has created duplicate pan card and other documents in the name of Prasad to cheat a bank and other people, his Original name is , in another case under section 307 attempt to murder a small child case, he was arrested after chargesheet filed by the police in sesgadripuram police station in the original name of , now the accused is in judicial custody, can the court give bail to a same person in the name of  as he has already availed bail in the forged name of  in another case in a city civil court, I am the complainant in the 307 case, if he is enlarged on bail, there is a threat to my child as well as me, kindly guide me.
