Can a man file a case of section 377 unnatural sex against his wife? and is it worth it?nMy wife used to probe me anally and I didn't like it at all. This happened three times. Two times she inserted her tongue and one time her finger. I don't have any medical proofs of this, but I do have screenshots taken from videos which clearly show her getting her tongue there. I lost the video proofs that I'd made. nNeedless to mention that we both have already filed for divorce and she has filed 498a, 377 etc. against me. She of course is cooking up stories and I've never done anything unnatural to her, matter of fact she has done oral and other weird things. It is actually because of her very cruel and sexual nature that I had to file for divorce. I have audio proofs of her asking me to go down on her and etc. also. nThough the law say any man woman etc. but I want to know the practicality of this. Because I doubt that the PS is going to take my complaint regarding this. Please guide.
firstly you can filed complain in police station after that you can file divorce case and sexual harassment again your wife. actually sections 377 apply for men and women both this suggestion given by advocate Amarjeet Kumar

Details are required to be examined as the matter is already subjufice in court. you can also report under 377 IPC. Inserting fingers by wife is unnatural but you shall very required to prove your allegation. In pending divorce case you can slso insert it as ground of cruelty. Go strategically. A husband can’t file a case on wife for 377 as she is your spouse and she can’t do such intercourse as mentioned by you ..! U need to hire an advocate in this regard to understand the legalities and fight back on the allegation you have been framed on ..thanks n b in touch
