Can a girlfriend file a case on boyfriend for sexual harassment?

I was in relationship with a girl for the past few months. We both are Hindus. We had sex several times with mutual consent. We have talked about getting married but I have never promised to marry her. Now, our relationship is getting sour and I am gonna break up with her. Am I doing any crime? Can she file a case on me?
whether the girl is minor or major there is no details as well as if she major too if you both are having mutual sexual contact with out marriage is offence u/s 375 as rape if with the consent of her too it will be punished if she is given any complaint against you

Exactly,she can file the case against you in Cheating and even more in Rape also . This is not good to leave a girl after having sexual intercourse with her after convincing her that you would marry her .Try to solve the differences between you and your girl friend .morally your intention is not good .
