Can a criminal case affected any Law Student's career

28-Jun-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Dear Sir , I would like to know one thing . If any false FIR/Criminal case has been initiated against the Law Student ,who is now studying B.A LL.B then it can be harm to his life or is it fact that he can not practice in any court in the future because of such F.I.R/criminal case against him ? What the law actually says about this please reply me if possible . Thank You .

be it anybody or any person, if a criminal case is instituted against any person it stays on record and yes it does affect a person future because anywhere you go an apply in future regarding passport, higher studies or anything related to the government, such organisation firstly ask is there a criminal record against you and then they cross verify, if for example you state you dont have criminal record and they cross verify and find you have, then and there your applications would be rejected and such will damage your future , hence it is requested to settle things right away and end things for good and have a better future.
