Boyfriend cheated me and ran away from Bangalore

28-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My boyfriend have cheated me upon 4yrs of relationship including 8months living in together relationship. A month before I gave a complaint against him. Police said that they will file 493. But my lover threatening me that he will commit suicide if I go to the station again. He is telling me that he will marry me, but I know for sure he will not. I have a call recording which states that we were together for 8months and he agreed that he had a sexual intercourse with me. But now when I went to police to file a case, they were telling me that WhatsApp chats and this call recording is not considered as a proof. So we can not file a case and started advising me. When I said him that I am going to file a case, my lover switched off the phone and ran away from Bangalore. What I should do now. I want to marry him or he have cheated me, so that he should get punished. Can anyone tell me how to proceed further and I am somuchhh depressed. Not able to forget him.

Dear Madam
A cheater never change but change his colors. Your life will be in danger if you decide to marry him. To avoid arrest and criminal cases he is saying that he will marry. If he really loves you then he should not have run away. Please come to my office.

Madam,
You can file a cheating case under section 415 and 420 of IPC as well you can also file case against him for compensation before jurisdictional court but you have to prove he has cheaten you and he was with sexual relationship with you.
