Blackmail on the basis of Suicide Note

My uncle has committed suicide and left a note with my fathers & another uncle's name in it. Now the dead uncles' daughters are blackmailing us for the money & property so as to not to make a case on us, We are innocent and we can very well prove that. Now, what shall we do? As to date, we do not have any proof of what they have said to us, as we were not knowing that they will blackmail us.

Well, leaving Suicide Note before dying is considered as Dying Declaration which is a crucial Evidence under the Evidence Act in India . If you haven't done anything wrong, don't worry, tell the children of your Brother who committed suicide, that, you are ready and willing to face any kind of investigation relating to the Suicide/Death of their father & rest of the legal advice I will provide you on call.
