Bike is stolen in the non parking area

My bike was stolen from a no-parking area. I went to the police station and they accepted my complaint but have not provided the CSR report. For the past seven days, they’ve been making me go back and forth without giving it. As I still haven’t received the CSR, I filed the case now online as i did not got any response from them .
Please tell what to do next ? I don t have any insurance so not expecting anything. I just want to file a complaint so the bike misused cannot come on me in future
