Bike -Accident Case in Delhi- Patiala House Court

Hi Sir. Last year in Sep , I meet with an accident in which another person on bike was got injured and I FIR Has been filled against me under section of 279, 338 and 337.. However MACT has been closed with the victim and we jointly done negotiation with the help of lawyer for settlement and I also paid some amount to my lawyer for the same.. 2nd Party done signature on MOU. But not attested in Court and now from last 2 months my lawyers chasing him for signing but he always make some excuses..

If the MOU has been signed by both the parties and is done before the court then the terms and conditions will be binding on both the parties. And if the FIR is registered then you need to approach the High Court for the quashing of the same.
