i filed a rape case against my bf,ipc section 376,504,506..usk bd fir usk ghrwlo ne gunde n log bheje hume darane n dhamkane ko.jb case waps nhi lia to..unhone,emotionally blackmail krna start kr dia..ki hum tmhri 1 week me shadi kra denge n ol..use mil lo wo jail me h .wo guilty feel kr rha h.. mujhe procedure pta nhi tha n uske cousin k emotionl blackmail k karan me 2 bar use milne jail chali gyi.. now use mere against fir file kr di h jhoote kaidi gawah bnakr ki maine use n usk family ko marne ki dhamki di h n paiso ki demand ki h.. till nov 1st week uska bhai mje emotionally blackmail kr rha tha..
Now you have to file criminal writ petition under section 482 CrPC before the High Court for queshing the said FIR. You should have also lodged a report to the concerned police station alleging all the fact of emotional back mailing and threatening.
