Being blackmailed and harassed for money by brother, parents and dad'

I live & work in USA for past 6 yrs after marriage. My paternal family is threatening me for money and abuse me by always telling about short term ex love I had 8 yrs ago. Own younger brother is blackmailing for lakhs saying to expose me to husband,inlaws,social media with past chats, dad & mom also asking money saying this. Dad lost all money/home to a woman there's a case going on in police to get money back,now they are threatening me for money past 2 yrs for their living. I just came to know that brother has my personal chats so want to take legal action. He has psychatric disorder & hits dad often local police constable & doctor who treat also know very well. My dad's brother came forward to help but him & dad's sister are revealing my personal in family social events taking advantage that i will not seek legal help & ask me about money always. Can I get this resolved in nearby women's police(don't want to get men police involved) when I come to India.
