Banking fraud investigation pending what can I do

There was some money in my account. Online fraud happened with me and someone took the money. I filed a complaint in cyber cell. The investigation is pending, due the fraud my existing loan have bounced. On checking all my records in the bank the records were tampered. Can i file a case against the bank?
If records have been tampered then you have locus to file complaint against the bank. Further, the conclusion of investigation by cyber cell will help you to find who was guilty and accordingly steps can br taken.

Dear client u can file case against bank for forgery and cheating under sec two of Indian penal code. File private complaint in court against bank. Take all evidences from cyber cell before filing the case.For any legal help call me

Yes if you have sufficient evidence of tempering and if it is criminal in nature then share a copy with cyber police. If it is related to deficiency of services or negligence then can approach banking ombudsmen
