29-Nov-2025 (In Criminal Law)
The bank said that all deduction are based on SARFAESI Act, but failed to submit proof, and they did not follow the proper procedure, also deducted money showing fake document of police. Now I have filed the case it has been more than 60 days and still i did not recieved any reply, from the OP, i filed it my self, the CC clerk said wait for more 2 3 hearing, but i have studied that max time to reply is 30 + 15 days. Should i file an exparte or expedite trail, what should I do?I have all evidence

Go by the procedure, if they do not appear or respond within the reasonable time, then you can seek for an exparte order in your favour. Every party will get a reasonable opportunity to be heard. exparte can be ordered in a routine manner
