Bail taken u/s 325 but chargesheet has 326 written, is bail valid ?

Sir/madam, cash bail has been taken on the fir on section 325, now in chargesheet it is section 326 should once again bail be taken,
Yes.. After alteratn of section 326 of ipc once again bail is compulsorily required... In this case Crime stage bail is not applying to accused after chargsheet... again bail procedure is required....
