Bail Plea Rejected For Fake Accusations Of Acid Throwing And Molestati

Property dispute. My brother behind the bar for 54 days on fake charges of acid throwing and molestation framed by his neighbour. 2 bail prayers in lower court and two in judges court were rejected. How can we get bail? Chargesheet not yet submitted by IO

you should first get the order rejecting the bail examined by a competent lawyer who can after examining the order can either advice you to file for a bail again in the judges court or in the high court as it may deem appropriate.
