Bail jump complications for the person who gave the bail?

In my cheque bounce case my father given the bail. Bail got jumped i am out of the city. Arrest warrent came... What are the complications for the person who have given bail?

As I can understand from your query, your father gave bail for you in a case against you and now you have jumped the bail. In such case, the bail amount deposited by your will be forfeited. An arrest warrant can be issued against you. And the court will not provide you bail unconditionally when you are brought before it next.

if bail jumped first time don't worry. court accept your bail application easily. court consider accused history. like previous attendence, aged of accused, health of accused. what reason when bail jumped.
