Bail from high court if application is rejected by lower court

I filed a bail application for my accused uncle against sec 306 of ipc +st/sc but it was rejected in lower court. Plzz tell me will high court give bail.

You u can file bail application in high court but Can not be given clear opinion without seeing the date wise full document.It would be nice to wait until the full chalan is presented.Move the bail application after presented the chalan.

High court do have the power to grant your uncle bail under the above said sections. However, giving bail is a discretionary right of a judge so your case will depend upon the allegations against your uncle. You can contact any criminal advocate practising in high court regarding the same.
