Bail application. FIR registered in july

My son has been charged as a main culprit in IPC 302 with 6 others. He is in custody for one month now. Can he get bail in upcoming time? When and how? Please help!

we have to see contents of the fir in order to speak regarding the merits of the case, generally, it is very difficult to get bail in 302 IPC when you are the main accused. you have to wait till charge sheet is presented in the court itself or 90 days if he is in custody whichever is earlier. for more detailed discussion you can contact me for the same to understand other aspects of the bail.

Hi ,it is advisable to file the bail application after the submission of investigation report /final report in court ,as to increase the probability of bail in court ..Also it will be more convenient if you can share the detail of FIR ,as to find out the role attributed .
