Bail application filed 1month ago,still no orders of bail by the court

It's an bail application which was filed on 2 Feb 2017...But till today date my relative has not got bail.She is in judicial custody under 419, 420 act ,Almost 45 days are over and about 7 hearings also but judge till date has not given his order..Only dates are being given to us..What to do .Plz help urgently
An application or a prayer can be mace to the respective judge to consider the matter in the light to problems faced by the woman in the judicial custody. As it depends upon the nature of the offence. You need to immediately approach the High Court to apply for a bail now. Be prepared to furnish cash bond and personal sureties.. For offence under the given sections you shouldn't have problem securing bail
