If the transaction is unauthorized or incorrect, immediately report it to Axis Bank through its official customer-care number or official website/app. Do not call or share OTP, PIN, CVV, or banking credentials with any number received through an unknown source. Preserve the transaction details and raise a formal dispute with the bank.

If the transaction is not authorised by you, immediately raise a written dispute with Axis Bank through its official channel or branch and obtain the complaint/reference number. Do not share OTP, PIN, CVV or banking credentials with anyone. Preserve the bank statement, transaction details and SMS alerts. If it is a cyber fraud, report it immediately to 1930 and the Cyber Crime Portal. If the bank does not resolve the matter, appropriate banking grievance and legal remedies can be considered.
