Avoid retaliation from person I'm filing case on

I know a person having dual passports. I know it's illegal for an Indian citizen to hold two passports and wish to file a legal case against them. But I'm scared of retaliation because the person is rich and powerful.
yes to hold dual passports is illegal under the passports act you can file a legal case against him stating that the accused is rich has deeply entrenched in society is likely to flee. these are the same as conditions of bail
