Attack made in order to erase evidence when girlfriend caught cheating

I'm a Tirupati resident.i had bitter fight with girl I love when I caught her cheating.she along with another person tried to attack me near sp office,in the pretext of filing case.their intention was to erase evidence about her faults which i have.however,I didn't go their as I realised their plan.im not interested to have her back in my life.she is a SC girl but practices Christianity.how should I deal this issue legally.pls tender advice sir as being a. Sensitive person, I am unable to concentrate on my work.thanks in advance.

you can file a complaint under section 494 of IPC if your relationship with the girl is a legally bond one as per the law stipulated and prevailed in your state and then the other male will be punished as per the section 494 for period of sentence of 3 years
