Assistance regarding a spinal injury sustained due to Massage therapy

Hi Team, Hope you are doing well. I recently underwent massage therapy through Urban Company in hyderabad, which has unfortunately resulted in a gradual increase in my back pain. After consulting a doctor and reviewing my MRI scan, it has been confirmed that I have sustained a bone fracture. Could you please help and guide me on the procedure for filing a complaint against this company,?

There is less chance to file a case against the company because you have no certain evidence which can prove your problem made by the said alleged company. Here you asked them for service. first try to send a legal notice to the company then you can proceed to next level based on their answer for your notice.
