Assault and recording video in police station

I have 2 legal issue i was travelling in night 1 drunk car driver started abusing with me with no reason and made assault on me with base ball stick on head with serious injury and run away i filled complaint on him same day from hospital and he got arrested same day after 2 days i got out from icu and gone to police station without discharge and started live recording it was mistake find by me because i came to know he was not in jail on Sunday they told he is in court then and police told they will take action on because recording video in police premises they abused and took my mobile on 14aug 2018 criminal is at home now o have fir copy but no legal actions are being done and i am scared to go police station to get my mobile and follow up my case please help me! Please help asap!
1st of all which place this act is done and u gone and meet the other higher authority of them police and if than not awnser than can do wirte a letter of the higher authorized person why this not arrest and if u can also drunked than u have a permit a drunk its not mension
