Asked to take licence from court

My driving license has been sent to pune district court by traffic police under drink and drive. I was given a document which mentioned that I have to go to pune district court on 14th Dec. On reaching there on that date, a traffic police official told me that there are a lot of cases pending before mine and asked me to revisit in April. now what will happen
Nothing will happen. Its a Court procedure once it is seized by the Police and you have been charged by the them under drink and drive case you have to be before the Magistrate on every day till your cases reaches on board. No other way is their. The Court will charge you accordingly upto what extend you were under influence of alcohol.

You have to wait till April. Because they took case by case number. I am practicing in Pune. If you need any help then let me know. They will ask you that do you agree that you was drunk at that time. Then you have to say yes and same will not happened in future. In short plea guilt
