Applying for Anticipatory Bail

my friend was one of the commitee member of a cooperative bank and they filed a FIR case on dec 2025 stating that one of the branch had given 22 crores of loans to farmers out of which majority is not recovered so they stating being a memeber you haven't objected chairmrns to not issue loans and all other commitee members got judicial bails except my friend and the chairmen others filed in high court for anticipatory but court rejected and he want to file a anticipatory now what arehischances?

file an FIR quashing petition and seek stay on the arrest and proceedings. since the anticipatory bail of other accused has not been granted, chances in your case are also little as you cannot differentiate in between the case of yours and others. so better file a Fir Quashing. for futher details contact me through my contact details.

Based on the facts the chances of anticipatory bail depend on distinguishing your friend's role from that of the Chairman. Since the High Court has rejected the Chairman’s plea, the prosecution likely views the leadership as the primary perpetrators Reason of granting bail Parity That his role is identical to the members who were already granted bail and second That he did not personally benefit from these unrecovered loans.
