Q: Applying for Anticipatory Bail

my friend was one of the commitee member of a cooperative bank and they filed a FIR case on dec 2025 stating that one of the branch had given 22 crores of loans to farmers out of which majority is not recovered so they stating being a memeber you haven't objected chairmrns to not issue loans and all other commitee members got judicial bails except my friend and the chairmen others filed in high court for anticipatory but court rejected and he want to file a anticipatory now what arehischances?

Since the High Court has rejected the Chairman’s plea, the prosecution likely views the leadership as the primary perpetratorsReason of granting bail Parity That his role is identical to the members who were already granted bail and second That he did not personally benefit from these unrecovered loans.

Ek written complain aap bhi police station mai de skte jaha ghatna ghati hai with proof ki marpit first unhone ki thi dusra aap written mai DYSP, SP ko bhi written mai complain de unhen bhi puri ghatna ke bare mai btaye….. then uske bad bhi FIR darj nahi hoti hai to aap advocate ko hire kar ke 156(3) crpc se court se FIR darj karwaye
