Application under 482 crpc pending

I filed an application of 482 in high court lucknow and notice issued to oppy party and state but no counter has been filed by opposite party till date . next date is not listed and I asked to my advocate to filed listing application but he can't file says that court bekar chal rahi hai abi kuch karege
it depends on your merit of the case. An advocate can argu the case Before any judge if your case is strong in merit it doesn't have relevance that the court is not good in hearing. you can change your counsel by filing new Vakalatnama to make effective pairvi ofthe case .
