Anticipatory bail rejected What other options are available

A case was filed U/S 13(1)(D),13(1)(E) and 13(2) OF PC ACT AND 120-B OF IPC || Code of Criminal Procedure-438 Warrant was issued by district court against the accused, wife and son. Anticipatory bail was applied in high court which was rejected on the ground that accused was not present. Please help me with the options available.

You can challenge the order of High Court before Supreme Court by way of SLP . If your bail application is rejected by High Court on merits then you can't apply to High Court again. But if the application is not rejected on merits then you can again apply to High Court seeking anticipatory bail.
