Hello, Though it is not possible to advise like this with short facts you can appeal the matter before the Learned District Judge himself or you can also prefer an appeal before the Hon'ble High Court.

In this case, it appears that accused Sandip and Anup filed Form–11 in ROC with a forged resignation letter, and the handwriting expert’s report has already confirmed the forgery, which is also reflected in the charge sheet. It further shows that 20% of the company’s shares were illegally transferred in the name of the main accused, Sandip. The Investigating Officer (I.O.) misled the court at the time of bail by concealing this material fact, which amounts to offence under Section 226 (Deceiving Court by Fraud) and Section 318 (Forgery of Signature and Documents) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. You may therefore file a petition under Section 439(2) of the CrPC before the Hon’ble High Court for cancellation of bail, as the bail was obtained by misrepresentation and suppression of material facts. Courts generally take a serious view when bail is granted based on fraud or misleading statements.
