Anticipatory bail from High court for criminal charges

Ek ladki suicide kar li aur suicide note me ek ladke aur meri sister ka name likh di hai -Ladka aur ladki ka affair tha aur ladki pregnant thi ladka mms clip bhi banaya tha -aur meri sister us ladke se bat karti thi (same collage ke) Suicide note me ladki likhi hai ki ladka dhamki de kar mere sath rape karta tha Aur likhi hai mere sister uske sath mar pit kari hai aur ladka aur ladki ki ladai hone par ladke ka sath deti thi. Police ipc 306,376,aur 109 lagaya hai(ladka arrest ho gaya hai). session court me anticipatory bail cancel ho gaya hai __high court me anticipatory bail ke liye lagaye hai QUESTIONS (1 )kya bail milega (2)bail milega to aage kya plan kare ki cleanchit mil jaye?
Mujhe jaha tak samajh aata hai ye question ladki ki taraf se hai. Ladki ka case merit pe kaafi achcha hai magar koi bhi ye nahi bata sakta ki anticipatory bail milegi ya nahi. Aage case me kya karna hai ye chargesheet dekh ke decide karna behtar hai.

their is no such thing as absolute right for grant of anticipatory bail.it depends whether the offence of abetment of suicide under 306 ipc is made out or not.in order to bring out a case for involvement in offence of 306 ipc their should be direct proximate connection between any action of accused and the commisssion of suicide.their should be direct connection direct link to compel the person to commit suicide..your first legal remedy is to seek anticipatory bail and regular bail from high court and then file a seperate petition for cancelling/quashment of entire criminal case in high court
