An FIR has been loged in PS, Daulatabad, aurangabad under IPC 420

Sir, I am serving in the Army since 2002, and presently serving CI/CT Ops Anantnag. In 2012 I was given Rs 10 lac to the accused on the assurance of Job in Railway as TC to my brother in law. I am not having any legal proof for giving a cash amount to the accused but only have a receipt on paper with the signature of accused and two witnesses. On the authorities of fraud service documents which were handed over to my brother in law (Joining letter, Medical report, Railway tickets from Manmad to Ranaghat (west Bengal) receipt of money and complaint of my brother in law, an FIR has been lodged in the PS, Daulatabad, Aurangabad. Police was arrested the subordinate of the main accused and interrogate him, he accepted all the offenses he made with the main accused, he was bailed. After elapsed of 10-11 months the police has not taken any step to arrest the main accused. As I am serving in the army and unable to visit the PS frequently. .
