An accident case by four wheeler

Sir, my son had an accident, he was driving four wheeler hit a two wheeler, the case is in court since 8 yrs, I want to know how long it will take for judgement, in such cases. Please guide me
The trial may take time as it is a lengthy procedure, however, if you want to settle the dispute you can ask the opposite party to settle the dispute out of court, and if they agree prepare a MoU regarding the same. You can also, apply to court for mediation.
