Age fabrication in passport and having 2 passports by a sportsmen

One of my senior sportsmen is having 2 passports on his name, one of the passport is made with genuine DOB and another one has a fabricated age to take advantages in sports. He has also used the latter to participate in various international tournaments. My question is that where can we report such person and what charges can be made on him

It’s nothing but cheating and he/she is liable under section 420 IPC. He/she may also be booked under forgery for fabrication of his/her passport. And if you wish to complain about the same then you can do it before the concerned department to which he/she plays his/her games. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
