police fraudulently made kalandra against me and yesterday magistrate asked me to sign peace of bond otherwise she will make contempt of court on me and under fear i signed it. Now i want to go against this in court. Can you tell me procedure ple
Hi first of all what had happened and all which court did the case happened and all what did the court say and all what’ was the court order and all we need to file a case against the Order which is been done against u in the lower court and all we can challenge the order in the court
