After AB orders from high court can I apply for quashing

15-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hi Sir, After both sides agreed and written an agreement my wife and myself applied for mutual divorce.Later withdrawn her petition and filed 498a undersection 307 included. They are staying in Karnataka and we are staying in Andhra. In FIR she mentioned that we all 8 family members went to her home in Karnataka and tried to kill her by pouring kirocin.which is completely false. Also they mentioned they had given 40thula gold, 5 kg silver and 10 laks cash as marriage dowry. Which is completely falso. They had deposited only 5 laks as my marriage gift into my account nothing more.even I had given money to my mother in law couple of times.I have all original bank statement proofs.but how can we proov that we have not gone to Karnataka on the mentioned date.can I request them to take my mobile call signals and records and file for quashing. How can I proceed please advise.

hello,
sir after getting ABA you can proceed to file for quashing as it is prosecution to prove that you and your said family member went to your wife's house at karnataka to kill her. moreover you can also say that filing of complaint under section 498(A) of IPC is an afterthought.
