Advice on criminal question.What should i Do??

Hi. I am a women with age 21 and i loved a person After first 3 months of relation we broke up and after 2 months of break up we then again started talking and again started our relation and we were good and happy.One day he called me to his home when he was alone and i went and we got physical. I agreed to get physical because he promised me he will marry me.Now he cheated me.I spoke this matter with his parents and they are saying me to leave this and forget him.What should i do??

You approach him again and try to know if there is any reason such as parents pressure or anything like that for him to step back. if you wanna actually teach a lesson then You can file a police complaint against Him, this will also have some repercussions Reach out for more detailed approach. thanks Adv. It's not your fault you consented based on a sincere promise which he made to you. His decision to make that promise and cheat is entirely his failing and reflect his character , not your worth of judgement . Manipulating someone with promises of marriage to get sex is deeply wrong . His parents are protecting their son. they will not support you . Consider legal constitution a broken promise of marriage is not something you can sue over. it's considered is a personal matter. not a legally binding contract . Better to Consult a lawyer to understand your options . Be cool. You deserve so much better than this. If a man promise to marry women and then has physical relations with her , it can be considered a form of cheating or breach of promise. You may consult a lawyer to understand your legal rights and options .
