Advice in case false complaint has been filed for attempting rape.

A false complain against me & my elder brother for attempted rape is made through a written application to SP. No FIR has yet been registered. What should I do to save myself & to teach them a lesson legally?
Dear if you believe that false complain has been registered against you and consequently FIR has been lodged you can avail the extraordinary jurisdiction of High court under article 226 by filing a writ and if police filed charges seet then you can avail the jurisdiction of High court under section 482 of Cr.P.C

Make a breef application favouring S.P. in regard ,of an incidence took place , speculating in conciquence of which the opposite party may / have come alleging for rape before the the concerned officer ,what is completely false and frabelous.
