Can adultery case be filed against lover after divorce?
Hello, After divorce how can be it's adultery? Within a marrage if husband is in relationship with a other married woman or a wife in a relationship with other married man then it's possible only. Kindly revert back, without knowing the facts, it's not possible to suggest you correct law.
