Addressing smt .X to unmarried girl in court documents.

What are legal options against advocate and his client for repeatedly mentioning me as smt.X in court documents . Without calling off engagement encouraging us for marriage preparation... Later suddenly whole family went hiding. We waited till marriage date . Later we filled FIR at that only we got to know....boy had applied anticipatory bail against 376 ipc being in contact with us in good way ..by false allegations on me.Mentioning me as smt in all documents.

You can file a perjury case against the parties who have tried to defraud you. section 376 of IPC which speaks about provisions of rape is a henious offense and getting out that case is difficult and adding a perjury case to it will add a tip of the ice berg
