My flatmate accusing me of stealing his gold?

The very first thing you must do is to change the flat, if possible. if not then, change the flat mate at the earliest possible time. Now has he lodged an FIR against you with the police of concerned area or not? if yes, what is the status of the matter. you please do share complete details of the case. then only I shall be able to guide you.

by accusing you mean did he file an FIR ??? You have not mentioned details and also what is the remedy that you sought ??? What is that you are looking for ? Mention the complete details and then ask the question what legal advice you are looking for .
