Well, if the Chargesheet is not getting filed, I can assist you to get it filed via approaching the concerned Trial Court! For this, we have to put an application in the concerned Court, so that, the Court directs the concerned Police Officials to complete their investigation within a time bound frame and submit chargesheet over there in the concerned Court.

If you are the complainant/victim: Write to the SP or higher police authority. File application in court for monitoring the investigation. As a stronger remedy, file a writ petition in High Court asking for direction to police to file chargesheet. If you are the accused: Your bail continues unless chargesheet is filed and court finds grounds to cancel bail. Long delay in filing chargesheet can be used in your favour later.
