I want to know that ,in present is sec 377 of ipc is applicable.....for exam if women accused his husband for unnatural sex..but the allegation is totally false ...so is it applicable or not

If she accuse him for unnatural sex then it would be but she has to prove with the evidence. Also 377 scope is wider. Recently while arguing 377 marital rape case it was observed by the sessions judge that mere allegation would not make the accused guilty for such offence.
