About govt job.issue wrt to filling form

Sir 2-3 years back on normal dispute with neighbour he filed a case on whole family members including me but the name written on that fir is my pet name ( not name written which is in aadhar or marksheet). The police removed my name and family members and stated that it is false case. Only on father's name case is pending. Now problem is that my original name is not written in that fir and in Govt exam forms they asked whether any F.I.R. lodged against you are not ? Then what I do ? Shall I disclose that yes Fir lodged or No that no FIR lodged because my pet name was written there not original name ... If I filled no f.i.r then it is suppression of fact or not ? Or whether I personally do police verification, if name come in police verification then fill in form if not came in police verification then not fill.
