about custody and punishement after judgement of magistrate court

after judgement of magistrate court if i found guilty immidately take custody or give time to apple in session court

Hi if you are found acquitted in the case then you shall be immediately taken into custody and shall be sent to Jail Or for investigation. However you can apply later for the bail and appeal in the higher court against the lower courts decision.

First you punish is surety and go to Session Court 2 appeal or you go to custody then your advocate has file the appeal then Session Court has past interval order and you punish then you release you file CRP petition and punish fine amount
